Completing the entry form and paying the entry fee means that you accept the following conditions of participation.

The Buenos Aires Vintage Football Carnival, October 2013 is managed by The Vintage Football Fraternity and its duly appointed agencies. Attendance of the Carnival is by invitation only and the organisers reserve the right to accept or decline applications for participation.

Vintage Football will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses or losses that may occur as a result of negligence by duly appointed agencies. All teams completing an entry will acknowledge by means of completion of that entry, acceptance of all terms and conditions laid out in entry forms and supporting material.

All teams, members and supporters acknowledge the authority of Vintage Football and its duly appointed agents to vary or alter the programme and nature of the Vintage Football Carnival in unforeseen circumstances and as may be necessary.

Teams must arrange their own adequate personal and medical insurance for all members of teams and their supporters. Individual players will be required to indemnify Vintage Football and its duly appointed agents, Sundance Spirit Tours, their members and employees against any costs, losses, claims or expenses arising from the Buenos Aires Vintage Football Carnival, October 2013. Prior to the event an individual waiver will have to be signed or the player will not be permitted on the playing area. A copy of the waiver is available on request.

All participants must purchase one of the packages provided by the organizers (i.e. playing/functions package is the minimum). 

Vintage Football and their promoters, Vintage Sport & Leisure Ltd act only as agents for the providers of air and ground services included in packages and will not be responsible for any injury, cost, damage or delay, which is the responsibility of any subcontractor engaged. 

Registration for the Buenos Aires Vintage Football Carnival means that all teams and participants noted in a team application provide for the consideration of their acceptance that they will allow their names and likeliness to be used by Vintage Football in any form of promotion of Buenos Aires and subsequent carnivals.
