World Vintage Football Carnival Programme
The organisers have prepared a full and attractive programme that will allow you to enjoy the many delights of Buenos Aires-whilst giving you the opportunity to play soccer in Argentina
All teams play a minimum of 4 games spread over the week. There are two organised social functions and plenty of time to enjoy optional excursions and sight seeing.
Sunday -2nd October
Teams arrive in Buenos Aires and will be met and transferred by coach to their selected accommodation. Early evening you will transfer to the World Vintage Soccer Carnival Welcome Party at a special Argentine themed venue in Buenos Aires featuring traditional Argentine music and entertainment, a substantial finger food buffet, three hours of unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks – all in the company of good football friends. Transfers will be provided to and from this function.
It is anticipated the function will finish around 10pm-when it is on to the bars/night clubs if you wish.
Monday 3rd October
Teams will transfer by coach to the first round of games, leaving your hotel at approx 8.30am. Food and refreshments will be available at the complex. A shuttle bus will run between the hotels and the playing venue from 11.00am until 2.00pm. At the conclusion of the days play teams will be transferred back to their hotels. The evening is free to sample the local cafes and restaurants or for those wishing to, an optional Tango Show with dinner and transfers can be arranged.
Tuesday 4th October
A repeat of the first days programme for the second round of games.
Wednesday 5th Oct
Today is a complete day at leisure to explore the many interesting sights and experiences that Buenos Aires has to offer. There will be optional activities available-sightseeing/shopping/golf –the choice is yours
Thursday 6th October
The third round of matches – details the same as Monday and Tuesday.
Friday 7th Oct-Final Day
Our final day of games with the playing arrangements the same as for the first three rounds. The playing schedule will conclude at approximately 3.00pm. In the early evening buses will transfer teams to the venue for the Farewell and Awards Dinner. It will be a fantastic night to remember, featuring awards, non-stop entertainment, great music, a table-served 3-course meal and continuous beer, wine and soft drinks.

Saturday 8th October
It’s time to say farewell to Buenos Aires and all your friends – until the 2013 World Vintage Football Carnival. Buses will transfer all groups to their point of departure.
